Thank you for choosing TextAdviser DOO ("TextAdviser," "we," "us," or "our") as your provider of online services and mobile applications. By accessing and using our services and applications, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"), which constitute a legal agreement between you and TextAdviser.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services or applications. By using our services or applications, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.
2. Account Creation: In order to use some of our services or applications, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Conduct: You agree to use our services and applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or applications, or interfere with any other party's use of our services or applications. You agree not to use our services or applications to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Intellectual Property: TextAdviser owns all intellectual property rights in our services and applications, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. 
5. Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you submit or transmit through our services or applications. You agree not to submit or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Third-Party Services: Our services and applications may allow you to access third-party services or content, such as social media platforms or other websites. We have no control over such third-party services or content, and we are not responsible for any harm that may result from your use of such third-party services or content.
7. Termination: We may terminate your access to our services or applications at any time, with or without cause, and without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our services and applications.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services and applications are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services or applications will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in our services or applications will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TextAdviser be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or applications.
10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TextAdviser and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or applications or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Serbia.
12. Complaints Procedure: If you have any complaints or concerns regarding our services, please contact us by email at admin@textadviser.com. We are committed to addressing all complaints in a timely and fair manner. Your complaint will be reviewed, and we will respond as soon as possible with a proposed resolution.
13. Subscription and Automatic Renewal: Paying for TextAdviser PRO by bank card starts a subscription. The subscription price (currently $4.99 for 30 days) is charged automatically to the same card at the end of each paid period, about one day before PRO expires, until you cancel. By paying by card you authorize these recurring charges. The amount charged is the price shown at the moment you subscribed; we will notify you by email before any change of price takes effect for you. We send a reminder to your account email 3 days before each charge, with the amount and the date. You can cancel at any time on the Subscriptions page of your account or by writing to admin@textadviser.com. After cancellation no further charges are made, and PRO stays active until the end of the period already paid for. If a charge fails, we retry once a day for up to 7 days and then end the subscription; an expired card also ends it. PRO paid via PayPal and character packs are one-time payments without automatic renewal.
14. Audio to Text and Text to Speech: Free use of these tools has daily limits shown on their pages. With an active AI tools character pack (included in PRO), one minute of a transcribed recording uses 1,000 characters of the pack, and every character of text read aloud uses 2 characters of the pack. Characters are deducted when the task is accepted and returned in full if the recording cannot be transcribed or the text cannot be read aloud. Uploaded audio and video files are processed on our own servers, are not used for training, and are deleted right after transcription, or no later than 24 hours after upload if the transcription does not take place. The transcript stays in your history. MP3 files of text read aloud are kept for 24 hours and then deleted; the text stays in your history. You may only upload recordings that you have the right to use, and you are responsible for obtaining the consent of the people recorded where the law requires it. The voices used for reading text aloud are synthetic and do not imitate real people.
15. AI Image Detector: Free use of the AI Image Detector has a daily limit shown on its page. With an active Plagiarism character pack (included in PRO), one checked image uses 100 characters of the pack. Characters are deducted when the image is accepted and returned in full if the image cannot be checked. The result is a probability estimate, not proof of how an image was created, and should not be the only basis for conclusions about anyone. Uploaded images are processed on our own servers and deleted right after the check, no later than 2 hours after upload; the result and a small thumbnail of the image stay in your history for as long as the history entry is kept. The service may not be used to store or share images.
16. Refund and Return Policy: Refunds are issued, whenever possible, via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that we do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of service packages.
17. Right to Cancel the Purchase: Customers have the right to cancel the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, please contact us at admin@textadviser.com within the legally allowed timeframe.
