6. Third-Party Services: Our services and applications may allow you to access third-party services or content, such as social media platforms or other websites. We have no control over such third-party services or content, and we are not responsible for any harm that may result from your use of such third-party services or content.
7. Termination: We may terminate your access to our services or applications at any time, with or without cause, and without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our services and applications.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services and applications are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services or applications will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in our services or applications will be corrected.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TextAdviser and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or applications or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Serbia.
