PPT to PDF converts a PowerPoint file to a PDF that looks the same on any computer and phone. No software to install.

How to convert PPT to PDF

  1. Press «Choose presentation» or drop a PPTX file on the page.
  2. Wait a moment: it usually takes a few seconds.
  3. Press «Download PDF».

When you need it

  • Send a presentation to a teacher or client so the slides do not shift on another computer.
  • Show it without PowerPoint: a PDF opens in a browser and on a phone.
  • Print the slides or attach them to a report.

Good to know

  • Rare fonts may be replaced with similar ones. If a special font matters, embed it in the file in PowerPoint.
  • Animation and video are not carried over to the PDF: the slide stays static.
  • Speaker notes are not included in the PDF.
